Kokanee Salmon Fishing Trips

Flaming Gorge Reservoir can be fished for Kokanee Salmon from December through September. The season shuts down for the spawn in September.

There are many ways to fish for Kokanee Salmon or "Kokes" as they are referred to by the locals.  Trolling and Jigging are the most popular methods through out the year.
